Does anyone use 'Labels X' ? its a 'haxie' that lets you have coloured labels on files just like OS9 (doesn't apply to those with 10.3, swines! :) )?

I use Their 'fruitmenu' that lets you have an Apple menu like OS9 too. I think Apple definetly took a step backwards when they left off labels & and user configurable Apple menu.

10.3 users, do you welcome back the labels feature? or had you gotten used to not using it?

Unsanity does seem to have quite a few good programs for OS 9 users who find OS X not as comfortable with all the missing features over its OS 9 older brother. I've never used labels in all these years of being a Mac user, however, so I am not even sure what kind of useful purpose they seem to have. I'm sure there are lots out there who love the return of the labels, though, since so many have been wanting that feature for the past 3 years now. They do look like there are nicer than their OS 9 counterpart, too.

I'm running 10.3 and the new labels are nice (nicer than the older ones, too), but I'm not using them a lot, either (then again, I didn't really miss them that much to begin with).

As for the Apple Menu, I liked the "Classic" Apple Menu. I don't think Apple should just reintroduce Apple Menu items, though. Instead, I think they should add a new menu for the right side of the menu bar for this stuff.
Actually, they've sorta already done that. You can get an Apple Script menu that you can write app launching scripts for.
