    Hey!

Really quick question - if I buy a computer from MacMall (MacBook Air in this case) and something goes wrong - could I go to an Apple Store and ask for the issue to be resolved? I heard that the products from MacMall come with a 1-year warranty (correct me if I'm wrong), and if anything goes wrong within that year, could I walk into an Apple store and treat the computer AS IF I bought it from an Apple store?

    Thanks!

All new Apple machines come with a 1-year warranty period- regardless of retailer.

That is correct you can also buy Apple's AppleCare which extends the warranty to 3 years and includes 3 years of telephone support.

If it is an authorized reseller, then your warranty starts from the day you purchased the device. If they are not an authorized reseller, then the warranty starts when the store bought the device from Apple.
