Hmm, article was a bit interesting, but not gonna happen. Especially Apple porting aqua to Linux.

Everyone wants Apple to take over the world, but I don't really want them to. For them to get all of Microsoft's market share, they would lose the tight integration of hardware and software that makes Apples work well. I'd like to see Apple's market share go up to maybe 30 or 35 percent, but anymore and I feel like they'd be sacrificing quality.

As much as I'd like to see Apple dominate the market share, I have to agree with SummerBreeze. It would be too much too soon.

    Give it 30 years.

I love OS X and I really like Ubuntu. If I had an iLife suite and a few extra's for Ubuntu, I might switch, but then agian, I still love Apple hardware. I think Apple could go OSS and do quite well. :)

People use Windows begrudgingly. They use Microsoft products because they have to use them. Give them an alternative and they switch.

    Living proof here :D.
