loaded macbook pro $1699???

    It's the same guy who used to run American Warehouse (MR thread). The American Warehouse site looked identical to this one, but no longer exists.

    He's clearly scamming people and continually setting up new fronts.

    Edit: I believe it was sohostore.us before that.

    Mac warehouse and PC warehouse are old names, but they ain't this company.

    This looks like that scam company from weeks ago is back with a new name.

    Try www.cdw.com and ? for the real thing.

    I called the number and it just says to leave a message. Dosen't sound good at all.

    Looks like another scam scheme to me.
    I'd avoid it at all cost.

    1 2 gig stick of ram? Probably costs more than the mbp itself.

    Definitely a scam!

    I don't think the MBP can even use a single stick of 2 gb. It isn't supported with that type of ram yet.

    Scam...scam...scam. I don't you could even buy a used one for that....a base model at most for 1699....i wouldn't touch that with a 39 and a half foot pole...

    this a scam??? hold the phone now... all he wanted from me was my social security number, phone number, me to pay via western union or e-gold.. is something wrong with that???

    yeah.. it's a huge scam. avoid it like you would herpies.

    If you're serious:

    Check it out in person and pay in cash there and then... use the MBP to make sure it's the real thing AND wish it's not stolen before you leave.
