Okay...I will try and explain this problem as simply as possible.
I've been using a KORG k25 MIDI controller for the past year with Logic Pro 8 and everything worked just fine..untill...
I bought a Roland RS- 50 the other day and connected the MIDI port to my MBOX2 MIDI in port which seemed to work just fine as well untill today!
I turned on my iMac and loaded the last night's Logic session...nothing (absolutely nothing) changed in terms of connectivity or anything else....and Logic has STOPPED receiving and MIDI data from the RS-50. Down on the transport bar i get a "no in" "no out" message all the time no matter what channel i set the synth to send from. I ve tryied everything ...even the audio midi setup in the utility folder but the RS-50 is not on the list.
If anyone can help....it will be more than appreciated. Ive already lost a whole day trying to fix this...but no luck
