Look who the label is!
Most of the Beatles stuff is owned by Apple Corps., no relation to Apple Inc.
Oh, I see.. Sorry for the false alarm.
Major fail, dude.
Can you wrap that image in timg tags please.
This thread ought to be fun.
Have you seen the commercial, though?

Goes to show why Apple Corps were worried about trademark infringement by Apple computer (at the time). They're easy to get confused, especially when referred to in short as simply "Apple".
Here's some wiki-background;
I believe that the estate of MJ owns the Beatle's catalogue.
Joe will be rolling in the dough.
WRONG! MJ at one point owned the publishing rights to most of the Lennon/McCartney songs, but never the recording rights or other copyrights. Besides, he sold most of his interest in the publishing rights to Sony years ago.
This thread is just filled with wonderful information.
Well I don't think Joe will be.
First, Apple Corp (Beatles) and EMI own the recordings. ATV (Jackson/Sony) owns the publishing rights.
I don't think he has rights to Jackson portion. It will make money for Apple Corp and ATV.
I didn't know that Apple used to make Beetles.
