Looked at suspicious website on iphone, can the website transfer viruses via wifi?

I accidentally clicked on a site that looked fishy and could potentially have a virus on my iPhone while my iPhone was connected to wifi. Is it possible that this website can transfer a virus not to my phone but to the wifi and other computers connected to the wifi?

Nope, not on stock ios. There is no viruses or spyware for the iphone as far as we know currently.
You're thinking about a windows computer maybe.

Nope....its hard enough to intentionally transfer data from an iPhone to the rest of your network let alone malicious software do it.
