Looking for a good Headphone Amp/DAC Reco

I was looking for a good headphone amp reco.

So far I've been looking at these:

Schitt Valhalla

Schitt Bifrost

NuForce DDA-100

I'm not sure to go for Tube or Solid State, which is part of the issue. The NuForce is a bit high in price, not that I wouldn't spend that if I find something great, but ideally looking for the best sound/cost ratio.
