Currently, I use AlarmThingy and schedule the computer to wake every morning one minute before my alarm goes off. I've tried a handfull of different apps in before this and none worked. I'm just wondering if there's a better app than AlarmThingy that will work. I mean, AlarmThingy works, does what it says it will, but there's little things I don't like about it.

    Thanks

You could just go into system prefrences, energy settings, and schedule and make you computer wake up at a certain time. Then just create an automator action to play music or somthing like that at the time you want.

Yeah, OSX already comes with such a feature. It's the "Schedule" under the Energy Saver window in Sys Prefs.

    Have you tried PowerController? http://keakaj.com/powercontroller.htm

It's a System Preference pane and you can use it to schedule iTunes alarms that will wake your computer from sleep.
