Ummm... Unotho, check Google before making smart -- FruityLoops is a well respected Digital Audio/loop making/mixing program on the Win platform. The upgraded name is FLStudio.

Cristian, the usual suspects are Propellerhead Reason, GarageBand (which shares some of the loop-based orientation with FL), the various 'Light' versions of Cubase and Logic, some of which will come bundled with hardware. There are some specialist software as well, for specific niches, Nativ Instruments Traktor DJ, Arturia Storm, Abelton Live!

Your best bet is to hit the library and look up issues of Sound on Sound, Electronic Musician, Recording, Keyboard, FutureMusic and ComputerMusic, and read through the reviews and how-tos until you get a feel for the character of the different programs.
