With A Kinda Echo-y Reverb I Dont Know If You Guys Can Help Me Out But Im DESPERATELY Looking For A Sample To Post Cause Im Really Hoiping Someone Can Show Me How To Utilize That Effect In GB Or Logic.

I'm sure the space designer plug in logic has a pre-set that would suit your needs/can be tweeked.

Kind Of Strange To Capitalise Every Word?

Here's how to do what I think you're trying to achieve:

1) Reverse the sound.
2) Apply reverb. (Play around with short/long reverb times)
3) Reverse the sound again.

The reverb will go from quiet to loud across the sound.

You can also try to copy n paste the track, i.e 1 each side- Left Right, put delay on said tracks, try chorus effects or flangers. and lastly but not least, pitch-shift is a personal favourite :_)
