Lost connection?? Help

Hi

I have a wired network but cannot now connect to one machine. I can see it. I can connect to share the screen. But no disks or content. Weird because it used to work.

When I go to the problem machine and I can see all others on the network and transfer files to those. But when I go to any of those I can not achieve the same from the problem machine ( a MacPro ). Again visible, share screen etc but I can not see any of the files or folders.
