Mac Games...

    Guys i'd like to download a few Mac games, such as Doom 2 or 3, and other good stuff that'd run good on a pbook 15" 1.33 64vram. so what do you say?.....where can i download em?

    Try buying them first, it's much more legal. Plus it's nice to support those that pour their lives into bringing these games to a platform that is not know for it's gaming. Typically this encourages them to bring other games to the Mac platform, which is a Good Thing™!

    Doom 3 doesn't exist for the Mac yet.

    Doom 2 is pretty old, it was originally for Mac OS 7.1 and above I believe. This means it won't run natively in OSX. It might run under Classic. It might run booted into OS9.

    Your probably going to end up in legal trouble. But try looking on Aquisition. Or various Bit Torrent websites. Thats all your getting from me.

    AFAIK (and i could be wrong), talking about ways to pirate things on this site is prohibited.

    It can run natively under OS X via Doom Legacy. As a bonus, you get extra features like mouse support :)
