    Uuugh :D Source: http://mymac.ws/mac-mac-in-ads-again-6144.html

In a swedish Magazine, there is a full-page ad of a father and his son sitting
with a laptop and smiling. It's a powerbook titanium.

The ad says with big letters: "The way to go Securely" and talks about about
offering a safer web experience with regards to viruses.

So far so good - that's what a Powerbook, does. But the ad isn't from Apple,
nor is it for powerbooks or even Macs. It isn't for virus protection software
for the Mac nor is it about virus protections software for the PC. No, it's an
    ad for...

    ....AMD processors!

It's an ad for the AMD 64 AthlonTM that has "Enhanced Virus Protection". This
had me laughing for a LONG time. I'll post a picture if anyone is interested.

    :D

Sounds similar to an ad Compaq did for some sysadmin magazine featuring my university (all non-graphics-related majors are required to lease Compaq laptops [now HP] from the university). The ad showed a picture of the open Compaq with the UW-Stout homepage open in OS 9. :D

are... it could just be a company that saw how sexy the ti'book was and just made a Windows copy cat. On the other hand this is not at all uncommon.

Is that a P'Book? It looks more like one of those... I forget who did it. Toshiba, somebody. Looks like a PowerBook, but it isn't. Would be funny if it was though. Photoshopping that Apple on the back off... probably on an Apple.

The funny part is the better security because it's an AMD.
