Mac Mini powerful enough to run WD my passport?

I'm thinking about getting a WD my passport ultra portable 4 tb external hd to use with my late 2012 mac mini. Will the mac mini 3.0 USB port have enough power to power up the passport without any issues?

I have 3 of the older WD My Passport 2 TB on USB3 and 1 on Firewire (apparently not manufactured anymore), all bus-powered. Never have had issues. Mac Mini late 2012.
