I can get this phone visible under bluetooth, but despite the large number of these now out in the field, Apple has not yet supported the Chocolate in iSync. Any ideas about what to use to best manage my addresses and SMS texts? I'd really like to get all my Address Book data into the phone if possible.

Mac sync with LG KG 800 Chocolate?

Actually there is no way to use the KG800 with iSync. Sad, because I have one myself.
I tried BluePhoneElite but it worked only oneway. I could only send SMS via BPE but received SMS wouldn't display on the mac. And this only worked one time. Thank god there is a demo version...
I haven't tried importing vCards manually by just sending them to the phone, but that might work.
Just don't sync your contacts
After you did that manually you will never miss that feature again I guess (I don't).
