Alright, the boredom is about to kill me. I just can't take it any more, so I decided to pull a jefhatfield and start my very own "Macs and..." thread.

So what are your favorite websites other than macrumors. ;)

I'm a big fan of The Onion, and I love The Filthy Critic. TechTV can be cool every now and then, and Slashdot is the bomb. What about you guys?

I don't do much surfing all that much, MacRumors, google to find something, fas.org for work, cnn to see what's new in the world, the Onion to get a laugh once in a while.

OmniWeb has a dictionary? Please explain... I thought it used the cocoa service dictionary.

Sherlock 3 looks cool... I'll use the dictionary in that once it's out.

Man, I heard that site sucked. ;)

How could I have forgotten Google? It's only the most useful site on the web!

www.versiontracker.com to find all those updates that are needed... www.macrumors.com to get the skinny before it gets phat ;)... www.apple.com, just because... www.googlegear.com to get items for the game peecee at home, and to see how intel charges way too much for their products... www.mohawkmem.com for, you guessed it, memory pricing... Of course www.harley-davidson.com just to see what is happening, and what items HD is making that I can slip onto my ride :D.

A new one is www.corbin.com since they make svelt saddles for motorcycles, ordered up the hollywood solo yesterday, they have to make it and ship it from CA. Getting it with the alligator patterned leather, should be sweet.

I do go to other sites, but those are the ones I visit the most, and enjoy the most too.

The sites i tend to frequent aren't exactly numerous. I seem to remember that the average web user visits less than 15 sites with any regularity. Not the best thing for advertisers. Still....

www.macrumors.com is a reasonably useful site. *Some* cool posters, but apart from that.... ;)
www.bbc.co.uk is my homepage. I visit that first, find out the latest news, see what useless facts i can glean to spout off later here at MR...
www.theregister.co.uk has quite a few good stories, and a tongue-in-cheek style at times. I like that :p
The Rip Different web site is where i usually go to find out the latest with dvd hacks/ripping/etc.
www.zdnet.com has more tech news... i like to get as many takes on a report as possible.
Oh yes, i also tend to visit ezboard, again for the latest on dvd hacks...
www.tracker-tracker.com... need i say more on that note? :D
