MacBook A1425 Retina Display not running

Hi, i have a MacBook Pro Retina 2012 A1425 after Water damage. it works fine on extern display, but die display from Mac is dead. i saw at the chematic the Q9706! The pin 4 i have 12,6V and on Pin 3 i have 9,4V! the pins 1,2,5,6 are 0V!!
R9788 i have 9,4V and C9782 i have 9,4V
are the Q9706 damage?

my MacBook Pro Retina A1425 the display does not function after a small water damage any more. The display remains dark. In the external display there functions the MacBook!
At Q9707 i think i need 3,3V on Pin5! But i have 0V. at Pin 2 i have 3,3V
