I recently ordered my first Apple computer (17" c2d 2.33 pro). Can someone tell me where or if I can get a DC Charger/Adapter for my new Notebook?

Also, at the risk of repeating someone else’s question, has Apple started shipping 17” notebooks yet and if so are delivery estimates accurate?

    Thanks,

and yeah i would say the shipping estimates are accurate, give or take a few days

Im guessing by DC, you mean you want to be able to charge it in, say, your car.

There's no such product that allows this that I am aware of ?

ah.. in that case, you can get one of these, but compatibility in cars hasn't been confirmed, and it just powers the computer (it doesn't charge the battery).

    Thanks for the info...

I guess I could also buy a DC converter, they have really come down in price.

    Thanks again,
