as the macbook harddrive is in a user accessable location can i change it without voiding the warrenty on the macbook?

Ive got my macbook dual booting OSx and XP and im running a little short on space on the stock 60gb.

i wanted to pop a 120 in, any 2.5" sata drive should work right?

Also is it possible to copy my existing harddrive and resize both the xp/osx partitions?

I have a 60gb 2.5" drive in a usb caddy can i image the internal drive to this then restore it back to the new drive. Reason is beucase ive just got everything setup how i want it.

Oh im sure i'll be able to do it just wanted to check it doesn't void warrenty!

Also any ideas on software to image/copy the contents on the current drive if possible?

Id like to just image this drive to an external one, put the bigger harddrive in then restore the image to the new internal drive and resize the partitions to make use of the extra space.

i have a OSX hfs+ partition a NTFS parition and i think possibly something for the EFI data?

i use refit to act as a bootmenu becuase i wanted it to come up with the osx/Xp choice on bootup so i dont have to remember to hold any keys.
