Fan Control 1.1

Look for a freeware application called Fan Control and then set it to 2600RPM. Should help a bit. Look for a temperature monitor as well so you can wait a little and test it to see if it is overheating.

Before jacking up your fans might as well get iStat pro and see what the temperature gets to while its inside your cabinet. If its under 65 C I wouldn't worry. It also depends how long you have it on, because it takes awhile to heat up to the hottest it will get.
