Macbook Pro 2012 Freezing

I can't seem to find a clear solution to my issue. When using my Macbook it keeps giving me the pinwheel. I've tested all of the hardware using the apple diagnostics, checked my ssd using an ssd health checker, reinstalled the os and keep having the same issue. Any suggestions?

Year, spec and size will at least give us some idea of what we are dealing with. For example 2011 15 inch macbook pros have a known graphics card issue.
