Is there any rumors or confirmation on the updates (if any) to the MacBook Pro at the WWDC? If so, could you guys fill me in or post some links that got some good articals. I am looking to buy a MacBook Pro. Just wondering if there is any news on the updates.

I didn't know which section of the forum to post this in.

If the MacBook Pro is released, would the MacBook's have a slight price drop?

We know just as much as you.

We're less than a week from WWDC, I'm sure you are patient enough to wait untiil then.

Also, to the poster above me, the MacBook Pro has been out for about 8 months, I hope you know that.

I wonder how they will do the speed bumps, because if one gets sped up, the others need to be sped up.

why would it? its a totally different product line, the old refurbished Macbook Pros will probably have a price drop, and the resellers, like etc will probably have a price drop as well.

Well, my theory is that if they do release a new MBP (hopefully Merom and maybe case redesign), they'll probably keep the MB with the Yonah to make a more of a difference between the Pro line and the regular. Then, in a few months, they can upgrade the normal MBs. But yea, only a few more days until WWDC!! I've been waiting for months.
