I had been clocking my C2D MBPs clocks up to 500/500 to play Oblivion. I did a few tweaks in the game's ini file and also installed ATI Tray Tools in order to change the flip frame queue. Now everytime I overclock it, it either spazzes out right there and I have to reboot, or it waits until I get into Oblivion to spazz out...should I just remove everything and start over or what?

Use ATI´s Winclk to bring the clocks up in my experience it has proven to be far more reliable than atitool or ati tray tools. You can get winclk at techpowerup.com

Be sure to use stable clocks, 525/525 works fine for me but may not for everyone.

Thanks for the advice. I actually just removed my Windows partition completely because Oblivion kept freezing...even after removing ATI Tools and Tray Tools and reinstalling Oblivion. Hopefully this time it works better...
