Hey All
I need your help deciding if I should get a MacBook or a Macbook Pro. The configerations I was looking at were as follows:

Black MacBook
Specifications
* 2.0GHz Intel Core Duo
* 2GB 667 DDR2 SDRAM - 2x1GB
* 80GB Serial ATA drive
* SuperDrive (DVD±RW/CD-RW)
* Keyboard/Mac OS
* AirPort Extreme built-in
* Bluetooth 2.0 built-in

MacBook Pro
Specification
* 2.16GHz Intel Core Duo/256MB GDDR3 Memory
* 1GB 667 DDR2 - 1 SO-DIMM
* 100GB Serial ATA drive @ 5400 rpm
* MacBook Pro 15-inch Widescreen Display
* 15.4-inch TFT Display
* AirPort Extreme Card & Bluetooth

The only thing that is making me lean towards the MacBook Pro is the bigger screen and graphics card. Any advise, opinions or comments you can give me would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Luke

Does the glossy screen bother you?

Do you need a backlit keyboard?

Will you be using pro-apps/games that tax the GPU heavily?

Do you need the screen size?

Does the price justify the above answers?

That is all it comes down to.

I'm going with the MPB 17" for the screen realestate at school when running excel and other various school related apps. another thing that will be nice is being able to run the occasional game on XP via bootcamp to use the GPU supplied in the MBP.

P.S. i was really supprised with results!

Good luck!

P.S. again lol i would say Macbook Pro but that is just me, because of the bigger screen, GPU, and Blacklight keyboard.
