I just called MacConnection to order an iBook. As seen here:

    http://www.macconnection.com/Brands/Apple/iBook.htm

They are selling the new model for $899. It's pretty clear that something is wrong so I called and they claim it's a mistake.

Everyone start calling and try getting it for that price!

... and misleading. Try finding an $899 iBook anywhere on the site. The lowest priced new one is $999, just like at Apple. I say call them and get it for $899.

Maybe MacConnection means the old cd-rom drive 12"? But I agree w/ emw, I still can't find it on the site...

Don't they always do that? I have seen them list prices that I'll be damned if they exist anywhere on their site.

From their "terms and conditions" page:

So they can suck you end with false pricing, then just "correct it" when you buy the product. I had problems with them when I ordered my iPod - I don't think I'd go through them again.
