I have a Mac mini 2011 with thunderbolt display.
They are good for about 4 months.
Now, after some stupid update (I do not know which one.)
Sometimes, my thunderbolt wake itself up, after i put my macmini to sleep.
Sometimes, my thunderbolt can not wake up, after i put my macmini to sleep
Sometimes, All ports are dead including the audio and USBs behind display.
Sometimes, All command from my keyboard to control the display do not work.
Sometimes, I feel like, just buy a new computer, everything works fine again for a while, and DEAD
Sometimes, i really really really want Apple Store can fix this, but they cant.

    So...what now

If your equipment is still under the warranty for new purchases or if it is covered by AppleCare which takes effect when your warranty expires, then your defective equipment can be replaced if Apple cannot fix it.

Take it back and demand that they do something. If there's still an issue, you are totally allowed to take it back to Apple and have them look into it again. If it's still causing issues, perhaps you can just exchange them for the 27"iMac... or at least pay the difference???

Exactly. When there's a real reason to get something fixed, don't be afraid to ask someone in an Apple store to make things right. They will almost always help you - Apple didn't earn its reputation for great customer services for nothing :)

This is one case. No company can be perfect. There is no harm in trying. Even apple dropped the ball randomly on stuff, I remember the powermac liquid cooling repair issues from back in the stone ages.....

However, in general apple has some of the best customer service around.

I agree, but the case I referenced above gives me an inkling that some Apple folks are getting too big for their own good.
I hope for all our sakes that Hubris does not strike : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hubris

Don't sleep your Mini, just sleep the display = problem solved. Idling Mini draws very little power, I leave mine on 24x7.
