I just tried to email support@macplay.com, and I got this message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail01.internetmailserver.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

    <support@macplay.com>:
    216.201.190.230 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 554 Service unavailable; Client host [64.79.161.12] blocked using dnsbl.njabl.org; relay tested -- 1075808417
    Giving up on 216.201.190.230.

Is anyone else able to email them? I tried webmaster@macplay.com too, and got the same message. I hope they haven't just grabbed my money and run!

I just tried emailing them from my spam-laden ISP email account, and it didn't bounce back. But I also didn't receive a "we have received your message and will reply within 48 hours blah blah blah" that you often get when emailing a company.

I got through to them using my ISP account. They said that they've been having problems with their server, but it's now fixed.

    No I didn't, but maybe I should have :)

Edit: It looks like they are indeed running Windows

That's probably a remnant from when they were part of InterPlay. Oh well. All that matters is that help is available. :)
