I made the switch about 3 years ago, and have never looked back, my powerbook was the best computer i've ever purchased. I sold my powerbook about a month ago, so I could upgrade. Once the news about the Intel switch came out, I decided to wait for my new mac. So during that time, I have been using a buddy of mines PC 1.8 ghz P4 512 Ram, and a Radeon 9800. Also during this time, I started playing WOW on it. Well I'm hooked. Now his PC is no speed machine but it can play WOW with almost everything turned all the way up. Am I gonna be able to do this with my new mac, i am planning on getting a Powermac G5 Dual 2.0 1 gig of ram, and either the Radeon X850 or Nvidia 6800 off of the apple site. Will this mac be able to run WOW turned up pretty high.........i really don't want to buy a new PC to go with my 20" widescreen display, but im hooked on the game.........please help me out here folks.
