Is the officer is question cute? If not, the stalking charge shouldn't stick. :)

    :D

Seriously, this is ridiculous. I'm guessing the officer is not going to pay the speeding ticket, is he?

Only Big Brother gets to play Big Brother and the police state is never ever wrong. Stalking charge is HyperBullSpin.

I think the parents are nuts, time to send them to a nut farm and the kid to a safer environment -- like a foster home.

The kid is definite going to run into serious mental issues in the future, after a life of being protected by the parents -- while being told "it is not you fault, it is all THEIR fault."

Basically a future Lionel Tate in the making.

    Cobb county cops are bad
    Kennesaw however is the worst

I am sure the FOP is funding his case against the 2 good citizens of bartow county for stalking

As of a couple of days ago, the cop dropped the phony charge.

I'd imagine the publicity embarrassed the heck out of his department. He probably also learned of the penalties for filing a phony complaint.

No word yet about any civil suit by the Sipples...
