how do i backup my mail and address book?

Can i do it with automator?

I backup all my music and important files onto a second drive every night via Proxi and Automator, i now want to start backing up my mail and address book. any ideas?

i dont mind doing it manually, but would be nice to be done automatically

Just check box "Mail" under system preferences to backup.

Hmm...I haven't had to do a clean install of iBackup. You're more then likely going to need to go to Perferences > Plug-ins and get all the plug-ins.
