Quick question..

Does anyone know of any software which exists that sits in the menu bar (top right) and alerts you when you have new mail.. rather than leaving mail.app open all the time? Would be a handy app to have.. just wondering if it exists

Thanks!

mailticker crashed quite alot here.

if you're having troubles with it too check MailObserver, also found on versiontracker

Just hide mail.app. Cmd+H
When you receive new email, it'll beep and display the number of email.
