Mail: Not saving to sent folder

    Hi,
    I'm a switcher struggling with mail.
    I'm using an IMAP account that has a built in remote outbox folder - is there any way I can get mail to automatically copy sent mail to this folder? I can't work out how to do it through rules.
    Also mail doesn't seem to be saving mail to its own sent folder. hoe do i turn this on?

    Hi shov,

    Have you tried fiddling with your preferences in mail? A good place to start is Preferences: Accounts: Mailbox behaviors. There are settings there to save drafts, trash, etc.

    Ah, found it. seemed i just had to tick the 'save sent mail on server' box and the use this mail box for sent items tick in the mailbox menu in the right combination...
