I work at a church and installed iTunes on the computer (Windows XP) near our soundboard so we can play unlimited music is we need to. Well, here is my problem.

I tried to rip a CD into the computer in AAC format and it ripped only a 50kb file that is Zero seconds long. I thought maybe iTunes had a problem, so went to install it and I got a Internal Failur 0x80040707. What the hell is wrong? I cant re-install or uninstall it. Only one user account on this computer actually rips the CD files normally, but it isnt the main account.

Just a side note: I was finally able to get a fresh re-instal of itunes yet it STILL wont import the songs. It'll play them off the CD, but will not import.

Have you only been trying w/ one cd? if so, is it a specially copy-protected cd?
If it's not working w/ any cds, I'd call up apple and ask them.
