Making Animated Tutorials

What tools do you recommend to make animated tutuorials? ( Example: Showing moving cursor (pointer) to a menu and clicking on an icon which simulates that action.) Can this be done with Motion? Flash? Other tools?

If you mean actual video capture of the screen on your mac, then Snapz Pro X from Ambrosia should do the trick.
