Is there any solution for iSCSI target disk for Mavericks ?

I was looking for time machine backup on my synology server over internet when i am away from home.

    Thanks,

Not that I'm aware of but what have you tried? You should probably talk to Paragon or globalSAN's tech support directly.

GlobalSAN has a free trial you could try.

FWIW, when I long ago tried TM over internet it was painful, latency is a huge issue.

Yes latency is a great issue, currently cloning my hard disk is the only option for backup while on move.

    Thanks

Sounds like Apple doesn't think there's much of a market to include a iSCSI initiator. I'm not missing that since my NAS is not set up this way but there are 3rd party alternatives. Since my NAS unit is shared out across different machines I avoid using this since iSCSI volumes are not shareable
