I got my MBA 2012 6 months ago for college and home use.

In this time I have managed 106 cycles and battery health is at 93%, I'm not sure if this is normal or not?
I have looked around and have seen varying reports on keeping the battery healthy.
Some say to keep it constantly plugged in and only removing it every so often to let it run down a bit, then every couple of months running it down to under 20%. Then others say this is wrong and to let it run down to red all then time, while others say never to let its past 50%!

So far I've been charging it then letting it go down to between 5% and 20% depending.

So, what is the best way to keep the battery life good? Or does it not matter all that much? Thanks.
