I was reading online that some people were having issues watching fullscreen hulu videos and movies they have downloaded in fullscreen on the 11" mba. Can anyone confirm that the processor can handle hd videos and the like without stuttering?

No, you must have been reading about the old MacBook Air, not the new one. Or they were lying. Lol. The new one can handle that in a breeze, it even handles 1080p like a champ.

It's not so much the processor as it is the codecs of the video and the playback software. For instance, I can play 1080p Blu-ray rips with Dolby Digital or DTS 5.1 surround (downmixed to 2-channel) using Plex or XBMC on my 13" MBA rev C.

I've watched Hulu+ TV shows on full screen on my 11.6 MBA without any issues. The only thing I've had problems with on Hulu are the commercials. They sometimes hang, but I believe this is because of their loading speed, not their playback on the MBA.
