MBA Rev A with fault mouse button!?

I bought a MBA Rev A on ebay a month ago. When I received it I noticed the mouse button had like a switch mode; if you press it on the left side the button goes down and stays down on the left side, and you have to press it on the right side for it to pup up again. It goes down a lot more then if you would make a click with it...

At first i thought it was built in function, but ive tried to find info about without any luck.

Is this a common problem?
