MBC2D and 802.11n

    I have seen a few threads stating that the Macbook Core 2 Duo should have 802.11n in them, but can someone who has one please verify this?

    Yeah. All Apple Core 2 Duo machines have 802.11n capability. You just have to get the unlocker.

    They all have it you just have to pay $1.99 to get the unlocker, or buy a new airport extreme. But the 802.11n will not make a difference in speed unless you are transferring files between computers in your home that both have N

    OK, thanks for the info. I already have the AEBSn, so I also have the "unlocker" software. I'll order the Macbook this week.

    No, it will make a difference when you're transferring to a wired computer as well. G speeds don't come anywhere close to even 100Mbps ethernet speeds.
