Memory upgrade White Macbook Mid-2009

There was a post earlier about memory upgrades.

I have 2GB in my MB and wish to upgrade soon to 4GB. But I'm confused as to where/what kind to get. There's the memory from OWC and Newegg/Amazon.

Where is the best place to get memory that is APPROVED and cheapest/reliable.

Newegg has good prices on Kingston/Crucial. Even Corsair..
