This is horrible if anything comes from it. It does mention they Microsoft would have some trouble with antitrust issues, but still. Aol is bad as it is on the mac side now, if micerosoft takes over what will they not be an monopoly at?

i cant stand AOL and i cant stand M$, but i have a cable modem connection and a Mac so i get to avoid both, i couldnt care less if M$ buys out AOL, AOL is a sinking ship...maybe it can sink M$ a little too....

But then what happens to iChat and AIM on the Mac side? I don't really care about America Online all that much myself as I don't use it but the majority of my friends use AIM. Maybe you don't and if you don't then I suppose it doesn't matter to you. If the current status of their MSN Messenger client is any clue to where AIM will go then... well...

Well, Time Warner's CEO denied it; this doesn't mean Microsoft and TW weren't talking about it.
