    What kind of outrage is this?!?!? Half the month gone by and no desktop thread?!?!?!? For shame!!! ;) :p

    Here's my latest. It's a picture I took a couple weeks ago in northern California. Mountain sunsets can be pretty awesome...

    Posted this one in the private section, but its a pic of a dead cactus I found out here in Phoenix. It was taken with my digital camera and not touched up in photoshop.

    No desktops babes at the moment (those who have seen my desktop in previous threads will know what I'm talking about ;)), gone more for an 'arty' feel....don't know how long it'll last though ;) :D

    That is a nice truck, I sort of wish they kept it more in line with their Ford Tonka concept, but it's a huge improvement over the current F150 regardless. I drive a SC Frontier Crew cab right now :D

    Very nice...what's your technique for fire shots?

    I did some long exposures of some embers recently, but they got an interesting purple/pink cast to them...

    I've been doing a lot of experimentation with my aperture...but this is pretty easy...

    tripod, iso 100, f5.6, 1 sec exposure... ;)

    Thanks. It's Mount Bachelor. We stayed in Bend which is about 40 minutes away from the mountain. Its some pretty spectacular skiing. I believe its central Oregon
