Of course it is. Depending on the game, and if it is in full-screen mode, you may need to assign a keyboard shortcut.

Okay, let me make my question a little more specific. Is it possible to minimize WoW?

I've never played WoW, so I guess you'll have to wait for someone to come along with more specific experience. What have you tried so far?

WoW and Warcraft are the only games I've tried with so far.

What I meant was what have you tried to minimize?

    Have you tried command+h?

If WoW is in fullscreen, hit command-M. This will change it to windowed mode. Then you can do whatever you want.

Ironically, I find that Wow runs better on my iMac windowed. Also makes it convenient to hit up wowhead.com and video chat on iChat. :)
