Just saw it this morning; iPhones, iPads, MacBook Pros...they're all over the place.

I guess it's better than a 133 minute commercial for Scientology.

Heard on the radio, Cruise did all his own stunts... respectable, even if he is a religious nutter.

Heard some blaspheme about a Top Gun 2 in the pipeline... WTF is up with us Americans and ruining good movies for the sake of a few extra bones? That era of the US has passed, along with the music, hair and pants... please, let sleeping dogs lay where they be!

Back to the topic - I love late-90s action flicks pasted with the Apple logo. But then, Apple was FAR less mainstream, now days... not so unique. Not quite the same.... You know, people who used Apples then, were either loaded with cash, or a researcher, or graphic designer. So it had the brand-recognition of a higher mark, like seeing a Rolls or Ferrari badge.... But now everyone and their little kids all brand lower-cost equipment flashing the same icon... which dilutes the appearance of a hardcore, powerful or super-intelligent end-user.

    off world.
I think it's funny when I see stuff like this in movies... You can instantly tell Apple products, and most of the time Sony, just by the style.

It's funny when you see other brands featured prominently and you're like "what kind of computer is that again?" :D

...but man alive.. forget the religion for gosh sakes. Every forum I've seen it talked about in, people have to bash what he believes at the same time they talk about the movie. Some actors are atheists as well but that's never mentioned. Give it a break. :)
