Mod-Engraved MB MBP lids

    I saw these on Flickr, sorry if they have already been posted. But they were too cool not to pass on.

    If I had seen this MBP engraved prior to ordering a new note book, I definately would have gone with one of them instead of the black MB i ordered. Well, I would have been seriously tempted anwyas.

    There is actually some talk that doing this will void your warranty.

    It is cool looking for sure, but with Mac laptops you really need to have your warranty...

    That's pretty cool! I probably wouldn't do it though..

    There are some pics on flickr and if you type in laser engraved powerbook you will also get some other results

    The monkey is rediculous. That's like the phase you go through in middle school when you write yen-yangs and other stupid things all over your folders. Keep it classy.....

    it's the evil monkey in Chris' closet from Family Guy...it'll never go out of style ;)

    http://www.etchamac.com/ can sell you new MacBooks with the lid etched to your liking, or jus the lid without the notebook if you already have one.
