What is it about that phrase "isolated incident" which causes me to think this may be the tip of an iceberg?

I feel sorry for these people. It sounds like they were trying to do the right thing, but might end up in serious trouble for it.

Why do I have the feeling a lot of those absentee ballots from our under equiped soldiers overseas will be votes for Kerry? I know quite a few service people and their significant others kicking themselves for not voting for Al Gore in 2000. Just like the CIA agents who are coming forward against this administration, would this be considered treason if you disobey an illegal order? I'd love to see them try to dishonorably discharge any of those people. Especially considering even Bush got an honorable one. And he didn't even show up.
