    Has anyone seen benchmarks for a single quad 2.8 yet? I'm curious how this compares to the previous machines... Thanks.

    I would be interested too.

    That Single Quad Core is the closest thing to a Prosumer Mac (pardon the expression).
    But I wonder if using all that power through one FSB (ok... it is still running @ 1600 MHz) has any noticeable disadvantages.
    How would that Mac compare with the previous Dual, Dual Core 2.66 GHz?
