What bags would be for 'creative' types?
a handmade one?
very true. I saw a girl with a laptop bag that she made out of an old pair of jeans. Very cool. She even used the pockets on the jeans to store stuff like her nano and etc.
foofbags are creative.
i use the corduroy one for my macbookpro
Something made from Under the Weather:
These are obviously not intended only for Apple products, but they're custom stock and certainly more than capable at protecting a new laptop. (er, notebook!)
Also, you can have them make something to your design. (Even better!)
edit: Oops, didn't mean to reply to my own comment. hah
Honestly, I see mostly timbuks and crumplers around NYC with a good smattering of manhattan portage and brooklyn industries bags as well.
I'm in the market for a 13.3" notebook bag too, so I'll be watching this thread.
I've checked out the foofbags, and there's no denying that they're eyecatching, it's not quite the tactile element i was looking for..
Depends on how much you want to spend... If you need it for business this might be the one
You can get one of these custom made for your laptop..
I think handmade deserves mad props too. As far as purchased ones... I think these are gorgeous, but they are very expensive.
