Alrighty, got a problem. I have some videos in iTunes but they won't go over to the video ipod. They're "quicktime movie files" and ".mpg", but when I go to update the ipod it says that they "were not copied to the ipod because they cannot be played on this ipod."

Is this a bug? The iTunes version is 6.0.1.

iPod video doesn't play .mpg files...only .mov or .mp4 files.

Don't worry about using QT Pro - just use iSquint - free and easy to use, best video iPod app out there!

Sorry, nothing comes to mind that is as free, easy-to-use and effective as the above mentioned solutions - which shouldn't come as a surprise, when comparing OS X to Windows... ;)

Good luck in finding a solution though - hopefully someone here will have one for ya. :)
